Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

Shipping

    • Order Processing: We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships (see Cancellation below).
    • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. Shipping options and costs will be presented at checkout. We may also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
    • International Shipping: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
    • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package on the courier's website.
    • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your shipping method and location.  These will be displayed at checkout.
    • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.
    • Customs Fees: You may be responsible for customs fees or import duties levied by your country. Martin Pacemaker is not responsible for these charges.

Cancellation

    • Can I Cancel My Order?  Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped. Contact our customer service team for assistance with order cancellation.

Returns

    • Return Policy: Refer to our return policy page for detailed information on eligible items, return windows, and procedures. You can generally return most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within a specific timeframe (see details on the return policy page).
    • How to Return: The return address and any required forms, as well as instructions for returns, will be included in your order shipment and on our return policy page. The consumer is required to return the item to our warehouse address and provide the tracking number. The replacement order will be dispatched as soon as we receive and verify the order. At present, we do not have a facility for automated doorstep retrieval.

    • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refer to the return policy for specifics.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned item.
